• All tickets include your first drink at the bar (certain drinks such as champagne bottles are excluded from this offer!!)

Ensure you enter your and your friends details correctly on the following pages, as these will be used for the guestlist at the door. Proof of ID may be required on the door to ensure we don't get people blagging other peoples places in the club! I say may because this is an event for our friends and friends of friends. If however you don't know any of the 3 of us listed on the about page, then you'd be wise to bring some ID! As this is not proof of age ID (although the club may require this themselves so if you look young, make sure you bring some along!) we will accept anything that can prove your ID against the name on the list. This could include a wallet full of credit cards with your name on it, railcard ID, NUS card etc. We'll even accept your gas bill if you want to bring it along!

Refund & Exchange Policy:

• A FULL refund will be given to all pre-paid tickets should the event be cancelled by the organisors themselves. Should this event occur, you will be informed immediately via e-mail and receive the full refund within 10 working days.
• You have the right to claim a refund on your ticket should you wish to cancel, as long as an e-mail is received via the contact page 48hrs or more prior to the event. This is to ensure the organisors have enough time to process your request and make your ticket available again before the event
• Unfortunately, as this is a non-profit event, if the refund is not initiated by the organisors, we can only refund your ticket minus the processing fees we have to pay Paypal to recieve & refund your payment on this site. You do however have the option to to transfer your ticket to another person at no cost (see below).
• Should you wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can do so at no charge by sending an e-mail to us via the contact page 48hrs or more prior to the event to ensure the organisors have enough time to handle your request. Please provide the names of the ticket holders you wish to transfer along with the new names to replace them.
• We accept no liability for ticket details entered incorrectly. You have plenty of chances to check the details prior to the event and amend them, so if the names don't match up on the guestlist to your ID, or you don't have any ID to prove who you are on the night, we can't guarentee you'll get in without paying on the door! (if there's still room)
